You may not: scrape or systematically extract content using automated tools; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the cryptographic controls in any Northfleet artifact; probe or test site infrastructure for vulnerabilities without explicit written authorization; or use the site in any manner that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, structure, and imagery, is owned by Northfleet Security Ltd. and protected under Canadian and applicable international copyright law. Nothing on this site grants a licence to any Northfleet software or tooling. Northfleet's source code is NDA-gated; no rights to it are conveyed by visiting this site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Canadian law, Northfleet's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of this site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Northfleet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
